New ways of work conference 2016

Mr. Lee Wenyong was an invited speaker at IDA's new ways of work conference, and together with Minster of State for Manpower Mr. Teo Ser Luck, the panel discussed how organisations need to change their cultures and adopt new ways of working to engage millennials to ensure innovation, business succession and continuity.
